Financial Freedom for Landowners (Without Selling Anything)
Nomad Nest pays a rural landowner (the Keeper) for lending a small part of their land for a modular villa — no sale, no subdividing, and the right to request removal at any time.
You already own the land. We bring everything else — and we can take it all back if you ever change your mind.
How does the Keeper agreement actually work?
Nomad Nest places a modular villa on a piece of your rural land. You stay the owner of everything. The villa earns income while it's there, and if you ever decide you don't want it anymore, it comes down — no scar, no lawsuit, no strings attached. It isn't a sale, it isn't subdividing your land: it's an option agreement.
What would this look like in practice?
Picture a landowner — let's call her Dona Rosa, hypothetically — with rural land that isn't doing much right now. One villa goes up in a corner of it. She doesn't sell a square meter, she keeps living there, and the part of the land that used to sit idle starts earning something. That's the kind of situation this model was built to create.
What stage is the Keeper agreement at today?
Being direct: we're still finalizing the deal structure, with legal counsel, before signing the first real partnership. I'm not going to promise numbers that aren't locked in yet.
If you own rural land and this sounds worth exploring, the Keeper interest list is open. It's not a commitment — it's a way to start the conversation.
Nomad Nest is an ongoing wheel of good. And it starts with whoever already has the land.
